REMODEL

The Northeast Golf Company was retained in 2003 to relocate and rebuild 7 golf holes and rebuild 6 additional green and approach complexes in concert with the development of “The Grande” and “The Villas” residential development in Manalapan, New Jersey. The work required included environmental assessment, extensive rerouting of the golf course, site plan development and infrastructure changes to compliment the “nuts and bolts” requirement of designing and constructing 13 new golf holes simultaneous to offering 18 holes of competition at all times.

The work required was complex in nature due to coordination with maintaining country club operations and allowing the residential developer to continue in a timely manner. All project work was completed in a timely manner and within the clubs budget parameters. www.battlegroundcc.com

The project has resulted in a spike in the Clubs membership and hosting of the 2006 US Amateur Qualifier and the 2008 US Amateur Qualifier.
