NGC Golf Operations Management provides full-service golf course operations management services to clubs, owners, municipalities and financial institutions. NGC is unique in many ways, most importantly in our collaborative approach to serving our partner clubs. We bring a seasoned team of thinkers to all aspects of golf operations including day to day management, staffing and training, agronomic care and food and beverage services.
We specifically customize our approach to achieve measured success for our partners. Our management team brings over 50 years of combined experience and excellence to each relationship with the objective to provide the highest level of course conditioning and unmatched player experience. NGC brings the proper expertise to each property to guide the vision with unwavering work ethic, best practices, data driven decision making and out of the box marketing creativity to maximize property opportunities and profitability.
Robert McNeil, ASGCA, leader of the team at NGC brings over 30 years of broad reaching industry experience as a practicing golf course architect (member of the prestigious American Society of Golf Course Architects), course owner, maintenance manager and operations director. Understanding that it takes a great team to build a great company, NGC has created an incredible collaborative framework partnering with the best in the business to fit each client with the perfectly suited guiding consultants.
Through Robert’s award-winning design and construction experience, NGC can also help to accelerate golf course enhancements to reach desired quality goals and to provide for added revenue opportunities. NGC is committed to focused local staffing initiatives reaching “into the community” for those that will “serve the community”. As golf is a game for all…we take great pride in creating “community cultures” at our clubs. Kings Crossing in North Kingstown, RI, was originally designed by renowned golf architect, Geoffrey Cornish and opened in 1964. From the beginning of the round players will find an unexpectedly meandering and flowing landscape with holes that offer variety, aesthetic charm and flexibility. The course is uniquely laid out to allow players to enjoy a round of 4 holes…which we call the “shorty”, a solid 9 hole test or, with a truly flexible tee marker system, 18 holes that provide enough variety to challenge all abilities.

Met Links in East Providence, Rhode Island, is a par-34, nine hole golf course open to the public. The course was originally designed by the great Donald Ross and was recently renovated and restored by golf course architect, Robert McNeil.
The course has beautiful elevation changes, wonderful vistas, spectacular conditions, and is one of the best nine hole courses in the region. We are excited for you to experience Met Links! Book your tee time today!

It is with great excitement that we have developed a vision for the transformation of the Bristol Golf Course into the “Bristol Golf Park." Our vision for “The Bristol Golf Park” is to create a community hub for golf centric recreation, social gathering, fitness, and education integrated with visionary local enterprise, driven by the collaboration between NGC Golf Operations and Vigilant Brewing, in partnership with the Town of Bristol. Imagine 9 holes with a beer tasting on each tee, food trucks serving up tasty eats, and live music to keep you entertained. Golf leagues, one of a kind events, resident specials, kids clinics, couples nights… glow golf… maybe even night golf!... all right here at The Bristol Golf Park. Couple this with an educational classroom studying the environmental evolution and ongoing water management on the property… and walking trails to engage bird watchers and fitness seekers and you have a holistic “golf park” for the constituents of Bristol and residents of neighboring communities to enjoy.
